RAC Properties OPC was founded and officially registered in Paranaque City on March 07, 2017 as a construction consultancy office providing real-world, cost-effective solutions to the everyday challenges that stakeholders face throughout the construction process. From the initial concept to project closeout, we assist our clients in facilitating and coordinating the construction process to mitigate complex problems.  In 2018, RAC Properties embarked on a mission to craft and offer affordable residential homes that seamlessly blend affordability with exquisite, elegant design.
